The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, is the second chakra in the traditional system. Located just below the navel, it is associated with creativity, emotional expression, and sensuality. This energy centre governs our ability to experience pleasure, form relationships, and adapt to change. When balanced, the sacral chakra supports a healthy sense of enjoyment and emotional wellbeing, while imbalances may lead to issues with intimacy, creativity, or emotional instability.

To cleanse the crystal, light and then extinguish the ‘Nag Champa’ incense stick and then waft the smoke over the crystal.  I recommend doing this before using the crystal, weekly if you use it often, and anytime someone else handles it.   Whilst cleansing, use a positive intention, such as ‘I ask that all negative energies be removed from my beautiful crystal and that by using it, I am invoking positive and joyous energy’.
